I ordered 2 bundles of the Virgin Indian Curly on 12/16 regular mail and received my hair on 12/22. I co-washed it with Hair One Sulphate Free Cleanser and Conditioner and had my install done on 12/30. I absolutely love this hair! I also had my stylist bleach it for about 4 minutes to arrive at some pretty auburn/ blond highlights. I've had several compliments already. I had been ordering hair from a similiar site and my weavologist recommended this site because the other one is always sold out of their products. What I appreciate about your site is that I had saw a hairstyle from your gallery that I wanted to take with me but the gallery had subsequently been taken down. I sent an email and Rachel responded the next day and had the gallery back up and working. My stylist and I ended up going with a modified version of the one on the gallery, but what attention to Customer Service! I also appreciated the variety of choices, the packaging of the hair and the business card that accompanied my hair. If I get the wear of my hair that I am expecting given it's quality, you have already won me over as a loyal customer! |
