RETURN POLICY
Hair Addict takes extreme pride and confidence in our product. However if you are not satisfied, you may return within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs. Hair must be returned in its original condition. Hair can not be cut, colored, or chemically altered. Hair can not be washed, curled or flat ironed. Hair must be in its original packaging.

Hair Addict After Installation Quality Promise
Hair Addict takes every measure to ensure you receive a quality product. If after installation, you experience extreme tangling or shedding, you can file a Quality Claim Form. Please send all claim inquiries to claims@hairaddictonline.com to receive Quality Claim Form. Form must be requested within 60 days of purchase. This form must be filled out completely and returned with hair.You will be contacted with 7 days of claim form receipt. |
